DOMINODERECHO / TABLE GUIDE

Privacy at DominoDerecho

This notice describes the information used by this version of the scoreboard. Updated September 6, 2026.

Information the app stores

The app stores account usernames, hashed passwords, account roles and access settings, saved player names, game settings, scores, and match history. Account administrators can manage access, expiration dates, and password resets.

Why we use it

This information lets you sign in, keep your players and results, synchronize your scoreboard across devices, and calculate leaderboards. Avoid entering sensitive personal information in player names.

Cookies and device storage

A signed session cookie keeps you logged in for up to 30 days unless access is revoked or you sign out. The installed web app caches interface files and icons to support loading and its offline message. Score submissions and account API responses are not cached by the service worker.

Hosting and service providers

The scoreboard runs on the operator’s server and uses Cloudflare to deliver the website securely. Hosting and network providers may process connection information such as IP addresses and request metadata as part of providing their services.

Advertising

This version does not include AdSense or advertising tracking scripts. This notice will need to be updated before advertising or analytics services are introduced.

Retention and requests

Saved account and game records persist on the server until removed through the app or by its operator. Expiring or disabling an account does not automatically erase its records. Contact the administrator who provided your account to request help, a correction, or removal of your information. See the contact page.
